Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
You will get the dress exactly like the picture. Dress videos are available on our Facebook and YouTube channels. Please watch the video and confirm the order.
How can I view my orders?
First go to My Account and go to Orders section
How can I return an item?
The product should be checked while the delivery man is there, if for some reason you do not like the product, you should pay the delivery charge and return the product.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
In sha Allah, we will try.
Where can I ship my order?
You can get the product in any Thana of Bangladesh. We send products through Home Delivery and Sundarban Courier to any Thana Sadar in Bangladesh.
